RESERVATION CONDITIONS
- To make the reservation effective, an advance payment of 30% of the total is required.
- Upon arrival of the accommodation, the rest of the amount will be charged.
- Payment method: transfer, card or bizum.
- In the event that the property has to cancel the reservation for its own reason, due to force majeure, the deposit import is returned.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
- If you give more than 30 days notice, 100% of the advance amount will be returned.
- If you give less than 30 days notice, the advance payment will not be returned.
- Cancellation due to weather conditions is not considered, if cancellation is considered in cases of medical emergencies, illnesses, income, loss of family members, etc. Always with medical justification, 100% of the advance payment will be returned.
- In the event that the property has to cancel the reservation for its own reason, due to force majeure, the deposit amount is returned.
Rental of the 4 houses for 24 people 2-night weekend: €1.995
All prices include VAT of 10%.
Prices do not include the tourist tax of €0.66 with I.V.A. included per adult person (from 16 years).
